2 Storage used for the service
The website uses browser storage and session information to support account sign-in, maintain the requested session, and remember information needed for booking and related functions. Some preferences and session information may be held in local or session storage rather than a cookie. Necessary storage is used to provide the functions you request.
Session storage normally ends when the relevant browser session ends. Other browser storage may remain until it expires, is replaced, or you clear it. The duration depends on the feature and provider; we do not represent every storage item as having the same lifetime.
3 Embedded services
The website uses Google Maps and Places for location and map features, offers Google sign-in, and uses Stripe for card-entry and payment features. Those services can receive device, browser, network, and usage information when their features load or are used. They may use their own cookies or storage under their privacy notices. Their own processing responsibilities are separate from ours.
Google Maps may load on website pages, even before you perform a location search. Device-location permission is separate and can be managed through your browser or device settings. Do not enter payment credentials into support messages or general website fields.
4 Advertising and optional analytics
We do not currently use advertising pixels or optional analytics trackers on this website. We do not currently sell personal information or share it with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Publishing marina and boat information supplied for a public listing is separate from advertising tracking.
If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this notice and provide the applicable consent or opt-out controls before those technologies are used. This website does not currently offer a cookie-consent banner for optional trackers that are not in use.
5 Your choices
Your browser settings let you view, block, or remove cookies and other website storage. You can also manage device permissions, including location. Clearing or blocking necessary storage may sign you out or affect sign-in, booking, or payment functions. Browser settings do not replace a consent or opt-out mechanism where the law requires one.
A marina’s own website may use additional technologies around an embedded booking experience. Review that marina’s privacy and cookie notices for those technologies. This notice does not describe every technology on independently operated marina websites.
